FAQ

You need to purchase and register the software to enable it to keep working, and also to enable the ongoing support and development of the software.

Certain functions will be disabled until the software is registered and you have recorded the Unlock Code.

Depending on the payment method used you will be taken to a form to complete (or click the Register link). If you cannot complete the form please send an email (see Contact page) with the following information:
* Your Name
* Your eMail Address (non bouncing please!)
* Payment Method Used (eg PayPal, e-gold, IntGold)
* Transaction, Receipt or Batch Number
* Registration Key
* Referrer (name, email, etc)

The Registration Key is found within the software (ie when you run it) not on this website. Execute the software and either answer "Yes" when asked if you wish to register or click the Register button on the main window, which will open the Register dialog. The Registration Key is on the Register dialog, and will look like RK{000-000-000x} (although the length will vary). You'll need to send it exactly as it appears in the Register dialog.

Sometimes Webmasters alter their programs and we haven’t caught up yet. If you have a program which isn’t updating properly then please send us an email (see Contact page) with the program details.

We are working with the developers of the major PTR scripts in use today, and so can take advantage of the inside knowledge they can provide.

Make sure that your current, or working, folder is the one where you saved the software. If you created a shortcut make sure that it is a shortcut, not a copy of the program, and that the properties have the current directory (or "Start in") as where you have installed.

We sure do! Whenever a new person registers and identifies you as the member who recommended The Paid Help to them, you will rewarded with 50c straight away! There are no limits on how many rewards you can get.

That would be telling, but suffice to say there are very handy things on the drawing board. All the developers have experience in the Paid To Read industry and know the sorts of issues which face the members of the programs. Additionally we are working with webmasters of selected programs to get the input of program owners as well.

Great! Send us an email (see Contact page)
