Terms & Conditions:

1. thePaidHelpis not freeware.
2. After installing you will have 7 days of use before being required to purchase and register the software. If you choose not to purchase and register you agree to remove the software and associated data files from your system
3. Registration provides a license for a single installation on one computer. If you change computer you are asked to consider a voluntary donation to help cover admin costs.
4. The software is provided as is. It has been thoroughly tested for performance, function and reliability. However it is impossible to forsee every possible PC configuration available. While the developers are sure that the software will perform as expected circumstances may arise where it does not. You agree that you assume all risk involved in installing and running the software on your PC.
5. The software may not be reverse engineered, or otherwise hacked.
6. The 50c reward for new registrations referred by you is incumbant on the new registration identifying you when they register.
7. thePaidHelp may at times need to send you emails (eg updates advice, member news), and you agree to receive these emails.

Privacy & Security:

1. Email addresses will never be supplied to any third party.
2. Program details are stored locally on your PC and remain confidential between yourself and the PTR program (ie they are never revealed to thePaidHelp team).
3. You will not receive SPAM from thePaidHelp.
4. thePaidHelp does not send nor will it accept attachments in emails without prior agreement.
