My name is SusanC and I have had The Paid Help since your first version. Version 3.3 is terrific...works much better for those few programs that wouldn't update properly before.. I wanted to relay a story to you on how your program helped me catch a thief! Usually when I finsh the day's mail for each program, I do an update for that program right away, that way I can see at a glance the last time I was there. So imagine my surprise when at one program , after I updated, it showed a movement of -$15. What?? Minus $15? How could that be? So I immediately logged into that program and saw that someone had hacked into my account there and redeemed for three $5 search ads!! I immediately contacted the program owner and luckily she had not sent the ads out yet. She restored my $15 and we wrote to the search engines involved and got the thief's accounts cancelled!! If I didn't have The Paid Help. who knows when I would have logged in and seen that $15 was missing! So... needless to say, I love The Paid Help. I don't know how I ever managed without it. | This thing is great. I have used it several times. I have excel worked up and this makes it easier for me to grab my totals. I can just go down the list and whammo I'm ready to look at things and do all kinds of things. Being on over 150 programs this has absolutely cut my time majorly. |

I send an ad out very often to my members on Heavenly Email and I have even had a few to write to me and ask if I feel this is worth them spending money to upgrade. I always tell them YES because it truly is and I give them my personal experiences with the product and most importantly, the customer service you all give.
The service you give is second to none and this certainly goes a LONG way to have happy customers. Word of mouth (or computer) is the key to success for any product or program and letting others know the service you offer not only before a person upgrades but AFTER the sale I feel helps show folks they are making a very wise decision in spending their hard-earned money. |
